Principle Accountabilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Interact with employees to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
  • Gather employee's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures.
  • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
  • Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time; rapidly establishing a good working relationship with employees and other suppliers.
  • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining the business.
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates.


  • Proper phone etiquette.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Willingness to co-operate with other and work for the greater good.
  • Has the ability to multi-task efficiently.
