Job Overview

Developing Trainera’s products portfolio of training courses, either the off-the shelf products, the tailored programs which entails turning clients’ needs into training courses, or customizations in our products. Ensuring the quality of training courses delivery by trainers is another part of the LD roles.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manages the work of the Learning Development Specialist(s) and ensures compliance with the SLA.
  • Puts together the monthly business review and provides analysis and insights about delivery quality checks results.
  • Attends meetings with the key tailoring projects and does field visits to conduct in-depth Training Needs Analysis when needed.
  • Sets the strategic initiatives at the beginning of each year to align the direction of the learning development unit with the organizational strategy.
  • Develop and or upgrade courses including the knowledge research phase, the training design phase and the training kit development phase.
  • Researching and developing training activities, simulations and roleplays
  • Develop tools that build up the learning journey such as the readiness and reinforcement tools
  • Perform handover to trainers per implementation schedules
  • Perform quality checks on delivery of courses implemented
  • Review the different types of material and ensure the quality of translation
  • Support learning solutions team by designing new courses requested
  • Support learning solutions team by attending client meetings in the NA or proposal phase for the projects that has big potential.
  • Supporting the operations teams with the technical knowledge to ensure the quality of implementation


  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Technical Experience in developing experiential courses
  • The mastery of the English language – both written and spoken – is a must.
  • The mastery of the Arabic language – written – is a must.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
