Job Overview

Developing Trainera’s products portfolio of training courses, either the off-the shelf products, the tailored programs which entails turning clients’ needs into training courses, or customizations in our products. Ensuring the quality of training courses delivery by trainers is another part of the D&D roles.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and or upgrade courses including the knowledge research phase, the training design phase and the training kit development phase.
  • Researching and developing training activities, simulations and roleplays.
  • Develop tools that build up the learning journey such as the readiness and reinforcement tools.
  • Perform handover to trainers per implementation schedules
  • Perform quality checks on delivery of courses implemented
  • Review the different types of material and ensure the quality of translation
  • Support learning solutions team by designing new courses requested
  • Support learning solutions team by attending client meetings in the NA or proposal phase for the projects that has big potential
  • Supporting the operations teams with the technical knowledge to ensure the quality of implementation


  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • The ability to research, find information and utilize it.
  • The skill of coming up with new ideas and creative themes.
  • Details orientation
  • The mastery of the English language – both written and spoken – is a must.
  • The mastery of the Arabic language – written – is a must.
  • The talent of creating visually attractive documents is a plus
