Job Purpose

To achieve revenue targets by adding new clients, and managing current accounts whilst ensuring customer delight, upholding trainera image & values.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Finding/prospecting new accounts in assigned industries.
  • Demonstrating trainera's capabilities in sales meetings.
  • Responsible for identifying client needs and working with Design & Development department to create matching solutions.
  • Technical understanding and presenting our solutions to clients.
  • Closing sales deals inline with assigned target.
  • Growing and retaining assigned existing accounts.
  • Ensuring providing adequate service level to clients by following up with all stake holders.


  • 3+ years experience in selling Training or HR related services.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements in prospecting new accounts and managing/retaining large accounts.
  • Strong experience with need based/consultative selling approach.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • Service not product (bank /software/ consulting/ recruitment).
  • Account management experience.
