Job Purpose

To support the achievement of event margin and revenue targets by implementing operations standards, producing high quality materials in line with requirements, delivering a high-quality service, communicating with customers and purchasing, storing all required materials to deliver planned events, to achieve strong business results.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Develop and Create team building activities
  • Plan, Organize and implement team building events
  • Maintain Event Budgets
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Coordinate all operations

Requirements

  • Excellent and creative in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Internet navigation and research.
  • MS Office Skills.
  • Skilled in project management.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal English & Arabic communication.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
